Terms of Service
Plain-language terms for working with DALVIM — Sole Proprietorship. Anything specific to your project is confirmed in writing before work starts.
Quotes and scope
Every project starts with a written scope and a fixed quote. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins — you will never receive a surprise invoice.
Payments
Standard terms are 40% to start, 40% at the halfway build review and 20% on handover. GST is charged as applicable and a proper tax invoice is issued for every payment.
Timelines
Delivery dates assume timely feedback and content from your side. If reviews or assets are delayed, the timeline shifts by the same amount.
Revisions
Design and build reviews happen weekly, and revisions within the agreed scope are included. Full redesigns after approval are treated as new scope.
Ownership
On final payment, you own the source code, the design files and every account created for the project. Nothing is locked to me or to a proprietary platform.
Support
Every project includes 30 days of post-launch bug fixes at no cost. Ongoing maintenance and feature work can be arranged on a monthly retainer.
Liability
Work is delivered with reasonable skill and care. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the project, and does not extend to indirect or consequential losses.
