What we do with what you send us.

Short version: we use your enquiry to reply to it, and nothing else.

What we collect: If you use the enquiry form, we receive the details you type: your name, email address, optional company name, the kind of project, your description of it and an optional budget range. Nothing else is collected through the form.
Why we have it: Only to read your enquiry and reply to it, and to hold the thread of a project conversation if one starts. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Who can see it: The people at DALVIM working on your enquiry. Where a service is used to deliver email, those messages pass through that provider in the ordinary way.
How long we keep it: Enquiries are kept while a conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards in case it resumes. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Your choices: You can ask what we hold, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Write to the email address below and we will respond.
